Using a wide variety of hypnotherapeutic approaches, I see clients with a broad range of emotional, behavioural and physical issues including unwanted habits, low self esteem, anxiety, depression and pain control.

As a performing musician, I am especially interested in helping those in the creative and sports arenas to reach their true potential. This could be to overcome stage fright, let go of negative limiting beliefs, or to remain focused in order to succeed. With my in depth understanding of performance anxiety, I can also help others who have a fear of public speaking, presentation or exam nerves.

All therapy sessions are tailored to suit individual clients, and I can combine solution focused hypnotherapy with cognitive behavioural approaches and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

For those who are seeking change but do not require therapy, I provide coaching. A course of coaching can be an effective strategy for people who want help with their career or work/life balance, motivation and commitment and fitness or weight loss goals.
